Ningbo Anli Insulating Material Co., Ltd., founded in August 1993, is a technology piloted enterprise integrating research, production and sale as a whole. Covering an area of 12,000 square meters, The company has advanced bakelite nanometer material production line, special electronic commutator mica plate production line, aldehyde glass fibre die plastics production line, CMT micro-controlled electronic testing machine, GS-C speeder, difference measuring & analysing instrument, high-precision electronic balance, etc. To promote the progress of technology, the company is engaged in research and production of insulating material and cooperates with universities and colloeges so that some products take lead in China. As well as self inspection, it also sends the products to be tested in National Standard Material Performance Inspection Center.

     The mainstream products include Anli 4330-2 phenolic glass fibre die plastics, 5336-1 epoxy commutator mica plate, AL1134 bakelite and AL6528, 6551 bakelite shaping material. As for phenolic glass fibre die plastics, we not only guarantee its performance but can adjust as customer’s request.

The products are used in war industry commutators, high-intensity electric parts, motors and other insulating products. Some products have been ranked into municipal new products in Ningbo, filled gap in Zhejiang and replaced import ones. With annual throughput of 1,500 tone, the products are sold all over the country.
